FAQ

Why won't it connect to my WiFi?
First, make sure the WiFi password you entered is correct. If it is, check that your WiFi is on 2.4GHz, as that's the only band supported. If your WiFi isn't 2.4GHz, you can use your phone's hotspot instead, but if you're on an iPhone, make sure to enable the "Maximize Compatibility" setting when you turn the hotspot on so it runs on 2.4GHz.
The website doesn't load when I enter the new IP.
Make sure you're on the same WiFi network you selected when first setting up your Cyber Cube.
How do I access the UI page?
Unplug the Cyber Cube and plug it back in, then check whether it connects to your WiFi. If it does, a new IP will appear that you'll need to type into your browser with http:// at the beginning. If it doesn't connect to the cube, you'll need to restart it and connect it to your home WiFi again.
How do I restart my cube?
Unplug it and plug it back in 3 times, until you see the website and WiFi name shown on the screen.
It keeps returning to the setup page when connecting to WiFi.
Double-check that your WiFi password is correct. Also make sure your network isn't running on 5G, since only 2.4G is compatible. If your WiFi isn't compatible, try using a hotspot instead.
The screen is flickering or won't power on.
Try using a different USB cable or a power adapter that plugs directly into the wall outlet. Type-C to Type-C cables aren't supported, so use a Type-C to USB cable instead.
Why does my GIF not activate?
Make sure GIF mode is turned on, either using the toggle at the top or by selecting it in the settings section.
What is offline mode?
Offline mode lets you use the device without WiFi, playing the GIFs already saved on it. You can turn this setting on whenever you'd like to use the cube offline.

You can grab free GIFs at giphy.com/channel/Quboox. If you'd prefer curated, pre-made picks hand-selected by our team, head over to our Signature GIF Pack and make a purchase there.
