After setup, the cube will display a new IP address on startup - this is the IP address you'll need to access the cube in your browser. Write this IP down quickly since it only appears for a moment.

You'll need to reset the Cyber Cube to fix this problem. Unplug it for 3 seconds, plug it back in, and repeat this process three times. After that, set up the Cyber Cube normally. If the issue persists, try connecting to a different WiFi network or hotspot.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE SETUP
Make sure you are on the same WiFi as the one you selected when setting up the Cyber Cube initially.
Check if the Wi-Fi password is correct. Check if your Wi-Fi network is using 5G, as only 2.4G is compatible. If your Wi-Fi is not compatible, try using a hotspot instead.
Try using a different USB cable or power adapter that connects directly to the wall outlet.
Type-c to Type-c USB are not supported, use a type c to USB instead.
Check if there is enough space on your Cyber Cube (GIFs should be between 100mb and 1kb), and if needed, clear existing GIFs before uploading a new one for more space.
This is likely due to a tracing problem when GIFs are not made correctly. To fix this, make sure the frames do not overlap by redoing the GIF making processes.
